How FastDue Works

FastDue is a completely free service that allows you to create, send and receive payment for invoices online. You can also negotiate simple agreements, send past due notices and file complaints. FastDue requires no registration. Use it just once or as often as you like.

Create
FastDue provides you with the following customizable online forms:
• Invoicing
• Past-due account collection
• Dispute resolution and CRM utilities
• Legal and business agreement templates
• Expense reimbursement and pre-approval forms

Simply select the form you need and fill in the fields provided.

Customize
• Add your company logo and tagline (or use the default)
• Add comments or specific terms and conditions (example: shipping instructions)
• Upload documents
• Add tax or interest rate
• Choose currency
• Select due date
• Set up automatic payment reminders and past due notices
• Specify the governing state for business agreements

Send
• Send your form instantly via email to one or more recipients (via cc or bcc) or print and send via postal mail
• Set up automated payment reminders (requires login)

Manage Your Account
Copies of all your documents and payments are kept online in an easy, intuitive interface that lets you stay organized and in control. Here are just some of the things you can do:

• View payments, accounts due, delinquent accounts, contracts sent and received at a glance
• Create statements and standard accounting reports
• Send receipts, approve expenses and reimbursements, and send confirmations online
• Upload receipts and other documents and attach them to your forms for easy, secure online record keeping
• Record board meeting minutes and resolutions and distribute them online
• Save contact information in an address book
